The problem

On a data centre, an airport terminal or a hospital build, procurement lives in one tool, equipment tracking lives in email threads, and delivery gets coordinated over the phone. Every hand-off between them is a place where data goes missing and the schedule slips.

Owner-furnished equipment is the sharpest version of that problem: it has to be tracked from order through delivery, installation and turnover, across parties who do not share a system.

What we built

OFCI management

Owner-furnished equipment tracked from order through delivery, installation and turnover, with risk flagged before it turns into a delay.

Last-mile delivery

Partners submit delivery requests against a live calendar; agents handle scheduling, conflicts and follow-ups in the background.

Procurement agents

RFPs drafted and revised in place, bids levelled on cost, scope, schedule and risk, every recommendation explainable.

One connected system

Procurement decisions carry into equipment tracking, equipment status carries into delivery scheduling. Nothing re-entered between tools.
