A studio built for the way software gets made now.
AYA Software is 50 engineers across Europe, working from Austin, Vinnytsia and Bucharest. We were built AI-native: models, evals and agents are part of the stack from day one, not a layer bolted on at the end.
A family
business
Yurii and Irena Burko, founders
Yurii and Irena Burko built their first companies in advertising and marketing. Then, in February 2022, Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine took the ground out from under all of it.
AYA Software was started after that. Not as a pivot on a slide, but because the work had to be rebuilt from nothing and they decided to rebuild it around software instead of campaigns. Advertising had taught them how to sell an idea. Engineering was what their clients needed next.
Then AI arrived and the ground moved again. They chose not to sit it out. Everything the studio builds today assumes models, agents and evals are part of the stack, because the clients who keep pace with that are the ones who stay efficient — and the ones who do not are the ones who get replaced.
The company hires veterans. People coming back from service need work that respects what they have been through and a team that will give them time to land: mentoring, retraining into engineering roles, and a job that is real rather than symbolic. Several of them are on client teams now.
Fifty engineers, offices in Austin, Vinnytsia and Bucharest, and still a family business — the founders answer the phone, and nobody on the team is a line item.
Senior only
Everyone on your team has shipped production systems before. No training on your budget.
Evals over demos
If we cannot measure whether the AI is right, we do not ship it.
Your repo, your keys
You own the code and the infrastructure from the first commit.
